Multiple Items

If multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or if they were purchased at different times. This helps ensure that items arrive as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. CandyApple.TV is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Digital Delivery

No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link or access instructions via email. In most cases, digital files are delivered immediately or within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final. Digital downloads, templates, and ebooks cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged once access has been provided.

Customers may use the files to create finished products for their own business, but the digital files themselves may not be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed in any form.

Unauthorized distribution of digital products is strictly prohibited.
